Risk Manager (RM) – The contractor shall design, maintain, and enforce the project’s risk management and information security risk management framework/methodology. The contractor shall document and maintain the project’s risk governance methodology, risk management policies and the information security policy and standards. The contractor shall improve and promote the project’s risks/mitigation plan related to information security related activities. The contractor shall organize, conduct, and perform project wide risk assessment and gap analysis, inclusive of software, system security, products & licensures and project scope and deliverables. The contractor shall established reviews and verifies the project’s risk and information security risk related policies, standards and procedures. The contractor shall maintain the project’s overall risk log and escalates all risks without a mitigation plan. The contractor shall document
and confirm compliance with the information security requirements for System Development Life Cycle. The contractor shall collaborate with project managers in a senior capacity for DCAS research initiatives with the aim of developing and
evaluating different kinds of associated data while preparing summaries on specific priority assignments and projects.

Experience/Knowledge:

Functioning as a risk management consultant for a large scale system implementation project. Required 10+ Years
Experience working on a PMO. Required 10+ Years
Experience with technical and policy writing. Required 8-10 years
Knowledge of project management tools, such as, but not limited to, Jira, SharePoint, MS Project etc. Required 8-10 years
Experience coordinating between multiple agencies/departments to gather all required information necessary for the enhancement of knowledge for the project. Required 8-10 years
Experience and skill in data collection, analysis and evaluation of daily operations, programs, systems and projects. Required 8-10 years
Excellent written and verbal skills. Required 8-10 years

Education/Certifications:
Bachelors, Master’s preferred PMP
