Knowledge Manager (KM) – The contractor shall enable the collaboration of operational data and providing leadership with relevant information to make informed decisions. The contractor shall assist with developing and promoting knowledge
management best practices within the PMO and serves as a resource for internal business process design and development. The contractor shall promote and assist with the use of internal knowledge management tools and develop and implement repeatable knowledge management processes for continual process improvement. The contractor shall research and document sources of knowledge management training and develop and present knowledge management briefings to PMO. The contractor shall advise management in the development of strategic planning and drives or assists in the development of program objectives for the DCAS project to ensure the project’s mission, programs, products and services are presented in a positive image to all relevant parties. The contractor shall report to management on the development and maintenance of policies and procedures, and devise work-plans to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the project. The contractor shall conduct ongoing reviews of the project’s service structure, operations, functional requirements and procedures, to evaluate their effectiveness in the attainment of the project’s goals and objectives.

Experience/Knowledge:

Experience collecting, assessing and documenting data (technical, functional, legal) into a concise compliant document Required 6-10 Years
Experience working on a PMO. Required 10 Years
Experience with technical and policy writing. Required 3-5 Years
Knowledge of project management tools, such as, but not limited to, Jira, SharePoint, MS Project etc. Required 6-10 Years
Experience coordinating between multiple agencies/departments to gather all required information necessary for the enhancement of knowledge for the project. Required 6-10 Years
Experience and skill in data collection, analysis and evaluation of daily operations, programs, systems and projects. Required 6-10 Years
Excellent written and verbal skills. Required 6-10 years

Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Master’s preferred. PMP
