Training/OCM Lead- The contractor shall design, drive, manage, measure, and report all training activities related to the DCAS project. The contractor shall design and implement sessions for all DCAS related functionalities. The  contractor shall be required to have excellent analytical and presentation skills as training modules often require iterations. Mediums include: Online/E-learning modules, Stand-up training, leadership training modules, job-aids, and training scripts, group sessions, internal and external staff, customer training and Knowledge and Transfer of Information (KATI) portfolios. The contractor shall function as the POC and senior SME for DCAS training for partner agencies, stakeholders, executive leadership and the PMO. The contractor shall develop concise reports for measuring the progress of the training work stream.
The contractor shall update the MPP for all training related successes, issues and blockages. The contractor shall escalate all training/OCM related issues to the PMO.
The contractor shall develop business processes for all training modules and initiatives.
The contractor shall function as the primary liaison between the DCAS project and aligned stakeholders for all training related activities. The contractor shall develop and document all training modules and requirements for transparency and project tracking.

Experience/Knowledge:

Experience in Information Tech Project management and analytical skills on a midlargescale IT project with a particular focus on the Change Management. Required 10 Years
Experience designing job aids and training scripts for both external and internal audiences. Required 8 Years
Experience in Business Process Design and analytical skills. Required 8 Years
Proven ability to design and execute communication plans and work with internal and external staff in a diverse multi-tiered environment. Required 5 Years
Experience with designing and implementing an accurate metric measuring system to gauge acceptance and knowledge of training sessions and manuals. Required 5 Years
Experience in efficiently utilizing the Microsoft Office suite, especially (Power Point, Excel, Word; Visio). Required 4 Years
Experience in Training lead role, working as the liaison between stakeholders in the design and development of computer system and policy training presentation materials. Required 4 years
Experience with developing, maintaining, and administering online learning, stand-up training, and knowledge transfer through other methods as well as produce and edit written documentation as appropriate. Required 4 years
Experience working on an IT project or a commercial off-the-shelf package implementation. Required 2 Years
Experience operating in a Health Care related IT System. Required 2 Years
Experience using project tracking tools such as Jira and SharePoint. Highly Desired 2 Years
Cúram software knowledge for Health Care Programs. Nice to have 1 Years
Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal) and time-management ability. Highly Desired 3 Years

Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, Master’s preferred. PMP
