Short Description:

6-10 years of experience. Responsible for developing, drafting, writing and editing reports, briefs, proposals, and other documents in support of a client’s requirements.

Skills/Required Years of Experience:

6-10 yrs developing, drafting, writing and editing reports and other documents (Required 6 years)
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, scanning, faxing, mail distribution and filing. (Required 6 years)
Coordinates and maintains records for staff office space, phones, company credit cards and office keys. (Required 6 years)

Maintains Outlook calendar(s) in current and accurate status. (Required 6 years)
Coordinates meetings and conference calls as needed or anticipated. (Required 6 years)
Answer phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner. (Required 6 years)
Timely follow-up of priority orders and delivery appointments. (Required 6 years)
Data entry, file maintenance, and scanning. (Required 6 years)

Complete Description:

The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is currently searching for a high performing Administrative Assistant to work onsite from the hours of 8 to 5. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and will be reporting directly OCIO Operations Manager. A critical success factors of this job will be timeliness, dependability and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for developing, drafting, writing and editing reports, briefs, proposals, and other documents in support of a client’s requirements.
  2. Interfaces with personnel to coordinate meetings, maintain logs, records and files, provides end-user support, and performs general administrative duties.
  3. Assists in budgetary, billing, and financial management.
  4. Responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming and operations documentation, procedures and methods, including user reference manuals.
