Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience (Required)
Proven hands-on working experience in UAT testing utilizing various testing techniques, methodologies, tools (HP ALM, Jira, Test Rail, Oracle 11g+) (Required 6 years)
Must have hands on UAT experience with building, maintaining test plans, test suites, writing & executing E2E test cases, managing defects (Required 6 years)
UAT experience with writing test scripts according to End to End business processes to work, support and help the non-technical Business SMEs (Required 6 years)
Proven hands on experience in very complex and large web based application (portal) testing using Interfaces, web- services and APIs (Required 6 years)
Hands on experience in HP QC ALM 11.5 with requirements to test cases to defects traceability, execution Defect tracking & reporting using sql scripts (Required 6 years)
Exp. in Healthcare industry specifically into latest health reform laws with any prior state/federal projects-SNAP & TANF rules (Highly desired 6 Years)
Exp. in IBM Curam, Master Data Management (MDM); Business Process (Highly desired 6 Years)
Strong understanding of technical terms, database & Architecture designs with the ability to interact with Technical Team Leaders in Arch& Dev (Highly desired 6 Years)

Complete Description:

The DCAS Project is looking for a highly experienced Quality Assurance professionals with a proven background in UAT Testing utilizing various testing methodologies and tools such as, but not limited to Jira, HP ALM, SQL, Oracle11+g. The incumbent will utilize these tools, the data/scenarios provided and their proven experience to perform various testing and Quality Assurance tasks such as but limited to building and maintaining test plans, test suites and End to End business processes of work to ensure that the DC Access System meets quality requirements. This individual will also work closely with the technical team to triage and manage any defects found during the UAT lifecycle. This individual will be working closely with the DHCF and its partner agencies to ensure the agencies’ priorities are met.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinates IT project management, engineering, maintenance, QA, and risk management.
  2. Plans, coordinates, and monitors project activities.
  3. Develops technical applications to support users.
  4. Develops, implements, maintains and enforces documented standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned systems.
  5. Provides training for system products and procedures.
  6. Performs application upgrades.
  7. Performs, monitoring, maintenance, or reporting on real- time databases, real-time network and serial data communications, and real-time graphics and logic applications.
  8. Troubleshoots problems.
  9. Ensures project life-cycle is in compliance with District standards and procedures.
