Skills/Required Years of Experience:
Senior Subject Matter Expert with a proven track professional track record in IT technical infrastructure and IT infrastructure business analysis. (Required 16 Years)
16+ yrs preparing complex technical documentation (Required 16 Years)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience (Required)
Proven knowledge of creating detailed network architectural diagrams (Required 10 Years)
Proven professional experience with Stakeholder Management. (Required 8 Years)
Proven track record driving creating change documentation for sign off (Required 8 Years)
Proven experience creating cost documentation for infra changes (Required 8 Years)
Proven professional experience working with numerous teams to gather network needs up to 2 years in advance (Required 10 Years)
Proven professional experience with MS office suite, particularly Visio (Required 12 Years)
Exp. Reviewing and analyzing documents for an IT Health Care SDLC Project (Required 6 Years)
Expert at risk analysis for an SDLC (Required 8 Years)
Knowledge of the Curam platform (Highly desired 4 Months)
Proven experience with cloud based migration (Required 6 Years)
Proven experience with analyzing the functionality and efficiency of virtual storage systems. (Required 8 Years)
Expert knowledge of at least 2 infrastructure database tools (Required 8 Years)
Knowledge/understanding of Java for system analysis purposes (Required 6 Years)
The Infrastructure Business Analyst Lead will support DCAS Infrastructure group and its aligned reporting manager with tracking of all change requests to infrastructure, via a standardized documented approval process.
The incumbent must be able to interact with various stakeholders to gather requirements, assess project risks and follow-up on deliverable and timelines from the System Implementer and partner agencies.
Resource must be proficient in MS Office, in particular Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word, have expert level communication (verbal & written) skills across all levels of management.
Resource will lead the creation, implementation, and enforcement of a change approval process for any change requests to DCAS infrastructure.
Resource will create, maintain, and update architectural diagrams as current state and make proposals for changes. The incumbent will also report on financial and network load impact of proposed changes.
Resource will provide yearly forecasting of architectural needs, to include increased storage or server capacity for both the security team and the infrastructure team by working with scope management and PMO to project future needs and the technical ramifications of those.
Resource will be gate keeper to insure all DCAS infrastructure is fully documented and available in real time, regardless of who the owner is, and will need to work closely with partner teams to gather this information
Resource will be tasked with creating proposal documents for any infra changes, that outline, cost and risk, as well as security and compliance team signs offs.
Resource must be able to accurately assess current and potential risks, issues and gaps and provide subsequent impact analysis and recommendations for the DCAS Infrastructure.
