Complete Description:
The Department of Employment Services (DOES) is seeking a Six Sigma Master Black Belt consultant to perform project management around a UI Transformation effort required to meet federal regulations. This consultant will lead the business process re-engineering and documentation efforts along with Six Sigma green belts.
The work involves business process assessments, mappings, documentation, and re-engineering designs around employment services systems. This will include documenting “as is” systems, “to be” requirements, performing gap analysis, and providing recommendations for effective and efficient systems and designs.
Lean Six Sigma knowledge is desired, as well as experience in employment services and unemployment insurance regulations.
