Complete Description:
Provides day to day coordination of functional and technical teams to ensure milestones and program goals are met. Develops and maintains vendor/client relationships, develops and monitors work plans for development projects, implementations and support services. Identifies and manages risk. Reports daily status to executives.
Responsibilities include managing all project financial, reporting, and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements relating to federal grant funding, and collaborating with Program Managers in developing/maintaining projects’ financial strategic direction as well as short- and long-term financial/business goals, such as gathering requirements for the District. Knowledge of specific District applications such as SOAR and PASS is preferred. Also technical knowledge of Quickbase and/or SharePoint application development is desired.
Candidate may also have to take on special assignments as required by Senior Manager.

MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel (Required 7 Years)

– The contractor will need to travel between multiple locations. Travel could be between the UCC located at 2720 MLK Jr Ave SE and the PSCC at 310 McMillan Dr. NW. Both are within city limits.
– Candidate must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
– Candidate must provide documented examples or previous experience applicable for this position upon interview.
