Provides customer or technical support by collecting trouble tickets, analyzing issues, carrying out solutions, escalating issues, and tracking to completion. Flexible working hours, may require weekends & after normal business hours. Adhering and working within established policy and procedures. Meeting and exceeding established programs SLA’s.

Required Experience:
Provide direct desktop support (8 Years)
Expertise in supporting Microsoft based HW/SW (2000, XP, and higher) (8 Years)
Experience and working knowledge of MAC OS 10.X & Office 2008 (12 Months)
Configure and troubleshoot wireless connectivity (2 Years)
Experience with LAN/WAN connectivity issues (toning/tracing ports) (Desired)
Experience and use of remote control tool sets (LANDesk and DameWare) (2 Years)
Experience and working knowledge of Active Directory & Active Server Role (Highly desired)
Experience and knowledge of ghosting software & support of specialized apps (Highly desired)
Experience with Call Tracking Systems (preferably Remedy ITSM) (2 Years)
Troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve and document technical service requests (5 Years )
MCSA or MCSE (Nice to have)
Questions For Requirement
Question 1:
Please acknowledge: Unless otherwise specified, contractor staff shall work onsite at the designated District site during normal business hours. May require weekends & after normal business hours
Question 2:
Contractor may be required to carry and use a District provided GPS enabled PDA during the performance of duties, as part of the programs remote dispatching support model, but should be prepared to provide their own PDA. Pls acknowledge.
Question 3:
It is our intent that all in-person interviews will be conducted on December 2, through December 6. Please confim availability if selected.
Question 4:
Engaged candidate must provide laptop and PDA (if not provided with District PDA). Expenses are not reimbursable. Please acknowledge.
