Complete Description:
– Configuration / reconfiguration of the PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 Commitment Accounting module, Chart of Account, Valid Combination, and HCM Vendors.
– Design and development of Web Service based integrations for the Chart of Accounts, Valid Combinations, Vendor Data and Payroll to GL integrations.
-Design of Web Service based integration points necessary to integrate PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll to EBS Financials. The Web Services will be based on delivered functionality of PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 where possible.
The following integration points have been identified but not limited to:
Chart of Accounts – Six (6) Inbound Integrations
Valid Chartfield Combinations – Inbound Integration
HCM Vendor – Inbound Integration
Payroll to Financials – Outbound Integration
Payroll to Financials HCM Vendor AP Voucher – Outbound Integration
Payroll to Financials Taxes – Outbound Integration
-Design and develop fully automated technology solution of receiving data from EBS Financials through a web service and loading the data into PeopleSoft, and sending the Payroll related data from PeopleSoft to EBS Financials.
-Conduct interface testing (system and regression)
Deploy new integration platform into production and coordinate cut-over activities
-Conduct transfer knowledge to the District personnel for the ongoing operations and maintenance of the integration platforms
-Develop and maintain all required documentation including but not limited to integration architecture design and system details, logical and physical application diagrams for each and every inbound and outbound interface (real time and batch)
