The Remedy Sr. Systems Admin/Jr. Developer will serve as a technical resources for the District of Columbia. The candidate will work under the supervision of a Program Manager to manage and maintain the District’s Remedy Services, including custom applications built using the Remedy ARS platform version 5.5 and 7.1.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains applications on Remedy platforms independently.
- Participates in adhoc assignments on the Remedy and ARS platform related to event monitoring, integration and reporting.
- Experience with trouble-shooting on the 5.5 and 7.1 platform (workflow, integration, mid-tier, database and other areas)
Other Qualifications
- Programming skills
- Experience in Analytics, Java, Tomcat, Webservices, Remedy API programming
- Thorough knowledge and / or ITIL certification, Other BMC AR tools, ITSM certification
- Knowledge of Remedy Report Tools and Crystal Reports
Required Experience:
Remedy ARS 5.5 System Administration (8 Years)
Remedy ITSM 7.x and above System Administration (5 Years)
Report Writer Administration (3 Years)
OS/Network Administration (8 Years)
Remedy 5.5 HD,CM,AM Implementation Experience (Highly desired)
Knowledge of Java based web applications (Highly desired)
Experience as Remedy Developer (3 Years)
Crystal Reports Business Objects (Highly desired)
Exp. in Analytics, Java, Tomcat, and Webservices, Remedy API programming (Desired)
