Required Experience:
Can develop, plan, and prepare engineering job packages (Required 6 Years)
Can perform wireless site survey & RF signal propagation testing (Required 6 Years)
Exp designing and implementing system based on variable inputs (Required 6 Years)
Exp. designing critical, large wireless network infrastructures (Required 6 Years)
Experience presenting wireless network design for review and approval (Required 6 Years)
Exp. w/fixed or mobile wireless technologies to deliver voice, data & video (Required 6 Years)
Identify problem nodes & cell sites, troubleshoot & recommend solutions (Required 6 Years)
Knows vulnerability scanning and network assessment tools (Required 6 Years)
Knows wireless access/backhaul technologies: CDMA2000, GSM, etc. (Required 6 Years)
Knows wireless access/backhaul technologies: WiMAX, Wi-Fi, EV-DO, OFDMA (Required 6 Years)
Knows WLAN security protocols: WEP/WPA/WPA2 & security analysis products (Required 6 Years)
Must be able to lift at least 40lbs (Required)
Skilled user of MS Office, AutoCAD (Required 6 Years)
Understanding of routers, switches, firewalls (Required 6 Years)
Understanding of VLANs, RADIUS & protocols in IP-based comm. system (Required 6 Years)
MSEE (Highly desired)
Wireless industry certifications: CWNE or CCIE (preferred), CWNA, or CWSP (Highly desired)
Can communicate with customers to set technology requirements (Desired)
Knows Cisco wireless management platform (WCS) (Desired)
Plan, design, implement, and maintain wireless networks with VoIP (Desired)
Test and optimize wireless networks with VoIP (Desired)
