Complete Description
This position is responsible for QA and QC activities of WEB/ERP applications for the District’s E-Gov initiatives.
Testing the new and existing functionality for PeopleSoft 9.0 for weekly/monthly releases.
Modules include Core HR, Benefits Administration, Time & Labor, TAM and Payroll Interface.
PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 engagements within the last 2 years.
Performs test preparation and test execution activities on one or more IT projects concurrently.
Expert in functional testing process, including test requirements management, test case development and defect
management.
Strong understanding of common Systems Development Lifecycle methodologies, including Waterfall and iterative approaches like Agile / Scrum.
Expert in using HP Quality Center 10.0 for test and defect management.
Expert in automating PeopleSoft/Web application test cases using QTP 10/11.
Independently documents and presents test strategies/plans to project manager.

Requested Skill/Experience Required
Experience automating PeopleSoft/Web application test cases using QTP including versions 10/11 (Required 5 Years)
Experience in a Windows/SQL environments (Required 8 Years)
Experience in Internet/Web related applications Testing (Required 8 Years)
Experience in testing reports (Required 3 Years)
Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL) (Required 4 Years)
Experience with database testing and writing SQL queries (Required 5 Years)
Experience with HP Quality Center including version 10.0 for test and defect management (Required 5 Years)
Experience with PeopleSoft Core HR Modules, Benefits Administration, Time & Labor, TAM and Payroll Interface (Required 5 Years)
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 engagements (Required 2 Years)
Familiarity with Quality Center (Required 2 Years)
Knowledge of backend/black box testing (Required 2 Years)
Overall knowledge of and experience with SDLC and QA methodologies (Required 8 Years)
Past Development experience (Desired 2 Years)
