Using cutting edge Cisco UC products, engineer will evaluate necessary requirements, agency objectives and design an optimum UC infrastructure that will be fully virtualized.
Develop and design a project plan to engage internal stakeholders and engineers to deliver Cisco UC suite solution. Candidate must have extensive technical experience to
include network design and administration, technical documentation, vendor assessment and selection and end-user training where applicable.

Experience w ith large transformational Cisco UC engagements – Required 10 Years
Highly skilled in troubleshooting voice network-related issues – Required 10 Years
Can design a platform to ensure optimized voice network stability & performance – Required 10 Years
Can design configure and implement Unified Communication Manager Express and SRST – Required 10 Years
Can design, configure and implement Unity and Unity Connection 4x, 5x, 7x, 8x – Required 10 Years
Can design, configure and implement Cisco Telepresence Video Communication Server and MSE 8000 Series infrastructure – Required 2 Years
Can design, configure and implement Cisco Show and Share and Cisco Telepresence Content Server and Cisco Telepresence Management Suite – Required 2 Years
Experienced in LAN and WAN QOS design and configurations – Required 10 Years
Can design, configure and implement high level Dial plan based on Multitenant organizations – Required 7 Years
Can design, configure and implement Cisco Contact Center Express 4x, 5x, 8x – Required 7 Years
Can design, configure and implement Cisco Unified Communication Manager v3x,v4,v6.x,v7.x, v8.x (CUCM) – Required 10 Years
Experience in DNS Server, DHCP, domains and TCP/IP based apps – Required 10 Years
Experienced w ith signaling protocol – MGCP, SIP, H.323, SCCP, QSig – Required 10 Years
Can design, configure, implement Cicso Unified Presence v2.x, v7.x, v8.x – Required 3 Years
Can design and configure Virtual UC 8x System on VMWare, Unified – Required 2 Years
VMWare, Unified Computing System and Netapps Experienced in Avaya CMS and AES – Required 2 Years
CCIE Voice or CCIE experience/level of Understanding – Required 5 Years
Prior project management and customer facing experience – Required 10 Years
Can design and integrate advanced centralized dial plan by routing call from UC, Video Comm Mgr and Unity Connection Cluster to Session Mgr Edition – Desired 1 Year
Can design, configure and implement the following Cisco Prime suite: Provisioning Mgr, Unified Operations Mgr, Unified Svc Monitor, Service Stats Mgr – Desired 1 Years
Experienced in configuration and support ACME packet SBC integration with Cisco Unified Communication and Avaya Communication Manager – Required 2 Years
Unified Contact Center Express Specialist Certification – Highly desired
Unified Computing Design Specialist Certification – Highly desired
