Complete Description:
Manages functional teams, technical teams, budgets, vendor/client relationship, and
work plans for development projects, implementations, network functions, or support
services. Identifies and manages risk. Reports status to executives. All projects require excellent verbal and writing skills
Required Skills:
IT implementation as project manager or project lead capacity for full SDLC (Required 10 Years)
Experience in various CCTV technologies (Required 3 Years)
Experience in requirements gathering for IT systems (Required 6 Years)
Experience with system acceptance testing, client acceptance testing (Required 4 Years)
Experience in implementation of projects with web development and database designs (Required 3 Years)
Experience in writing both technical and nontechnical documentation and presentations
(Required 6 Years)
Ability to fulfill complex reporting requirements (Required 3 Years)
Working know ledge of networking concepts, both wired and wireless (Required 2 Years)
Experience with EOC Technical Operations and support including Audio Visual Equipment
(Required 2 Years)
Experience as Technical Project Lead in a .Net, Java or similar software development based environment (Required 3 Years)
Ability to product project plans using Microsoft Project (Required 5 Years)
Experience with management of Drupal content management system upgrade and maintenance (Required 1 Years)
Experience in interoperable emergency communications (voice, data, video) (Highly desired 4 Years)
Ability to coordinate the activities of multiple internal and external software development teams (Highly desired 4 Years)
Experience in generating grant based documentation including EHP, PMP and Status reports (Highly desired 2 Years)
Experienced in the public safety/emergency management field (Highly desired 2 years)
