Complete Description:
Provides operations support for the installation and maintenance of IP, VOIP, SONET networks, ISP and OSP fiber optic networks as well as HVAC, UPS and environmental control systems. Candidate must have an available vehicle and tools.

Required / Desired Skills
Experience with RJ-45, 110, 66-block terminations and testing (Required 3 Years)
Experience with T1 termination and testing (Required 3 Years)
Basic knowledge of fiber splicing and testing (Desired 1 Year)
Knowledgeable of SONET, IP, VOIP, and TDM equipment (Desired 1 Year)
Experience and ability to install and maintain commercial UPS (Required 3 Years)
Experience and ability to install and maintain Telecom equipment (Required 3 Years)
Experience and ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook (Required 3 Years)
Experience with building MDF, CPE, and building riser systems (Required 3 Years)
Experience with installation of cabinets, and relay racks (Required 3 Years)
Possess working knowledge of both AC and -48 DC power go(Required 3 Years)
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Knowledge of Critical Data Center operations (Desired 1 Year)
Candidate must have an available vehicle, and must have current License and Inspection for the State or District which the vehicle is registered. Also candidate must have available tools, such as normal telephone technician tools, I.E. Butt Set, Punch tool, Toner, hand tools.
