Complete Description:
Oversees the entry of data from forms and reports into computer systems as efficiently and accurately as possible. Performs filing and other duties related to safe document retention policies. Validates documents and compares data from multiple sources.

10 key numeric data entry (1 year)
Data Entry or similar keyboard accuracy (1 year)
Document management (1 year)
Microsoft Excel (1 year)
Microsoft Word (1 year)
High School Diploma
Candidate must receive a fingerprint-based criminal records check at MPD before starting, at MPD expense. The results must be satisfactory to MPD.
