Complete Description:
Will work for the MPD Automated Traffic Enforcement Unit. Provides thorough review and analysis of every stage in complete life cycle of production environment from initial violation capture through ticket mailing and subsequent activities, to meet accuracy and timeliness goals. Tracks and reports on program and financial metrics. Works with vendors on software design, development, testing, and implementation.

Knowledge of process monitoring and reject analysis (Highly desired – 1 Year)
DMV / License Plate knowledge (Nice to have 2 Years)
Business process design and flow-charting (Highly desired 2 Years)
Software testing (Highly desired 2 Years)
Valid US driver’s license (Required)
Must have no point-able moving violations (Required 3 Years)
Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
Candidate must receive a fingerprint-based criminal records check at MPD before starting, at MPD expense. The results must be satisfactory to MPD.
Candidate must be able to supply a copy of a driver’s record with no point-able moving violation over the last 3 years.
A driving certification (no cost) will be required before candidate can use a DC vehicle.
