This individual will build and maintain the DC government’s PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) system including Web/Application Server, Oracle database server, Process Scheduler and Report Repository. Candidate must have 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting HCM Time and labor, ELM, Portal, Payroll, HR, eModules, and performance management modules.
The individual should also have some level experience with Oracle 10g/11g administration. In-depth experience with Oracle10g/11g installation and administration is a plus. This can include experience with configuring RAC, and RMAN/Oracle Data Guard.
Prior knowledge of Government systems is desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills and prior experience with troubleshooting problems; documenting and reporting back after corrective measures have been taken.
Good communication and presentation skills desirable. Independent and self starter in the realm of trouble shooting.
Required Experience:
PeopleSoft HCM implementations with installation/configuration on Linux (Required 8 Years)
Experience with PeopleSoft 9.0 along with Peopletools 8.49 and higher (Required 4 Years)
Experience implementing eRecruit, ess Portal, ELM, ePerformance (Required 8 Years)
Must be able to support PeopleSoft in HA/clustered Architecture (Required 8 Years)
PeopleSoft HCM Database Administration Experience (Required 8 Years)
Experience with load balancers/ ssl certificates (Required 5 Years)
Capacity planning for PeopleSoft HR/ Payroll system to support 50k users. (Required 8 Years)
Oracle Database 10g/11g administration on Linux (Required 5 Years)
Experience with configuring process scheduler/report repository (Required 8 Years)
Experience working with developers on PeopleSoft changes (Required 8 Years)
Experience with applying HCM Tax updates, Bundles, Maintenance packs (Required 8 Years)
Experience with PeopleTools upgrades (Required 8 Years)
Experience with OLTP Applications (Required 8 Years)
Oracle RAC configuration and management (Highly desired)
Experience with Oracle Data Guard, OEM (Highly desired)
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) / Management Inf. Systems (MIS) (Highly desired)
PeopleSoft Database Administration (Required 10 Years)
