Lead .NET Developer Lead Level 4 10+ Years of experience
Complete Description:
• Implementing high quality, scalable and extendable .NET and sharePoint solutions.
• Migrating and implementing plans that address both tactical and strategic needs.
• Designing and implementing a development workflow.
• Designing and customizing SQL 2005, 2008 databases and stored procedures
– Coding, testing and implementing solutions in a .NET 1.1 to 3.5 environment
• Taking directions from management in implementing solutions and demonstrating implementation success.
• Unit testing for all assigned deliverables and directing testing efforts.
• Analyzing technologies, technical processes and/or functions; documenting findings, identifying areas for improvement and creating specifications to implement.
Problem solving & analytical skills to resolve technical problems; an understanding of business requirements and IT strategies. Good communication skills (verbal and written) to all levels of the business.
Required Experience:
Developer/Engineer field related experience (Required 7 Years)
Proficiency in multiple versions (1.1 to 3.5) of the .NET Framework (Required 7 Years)
Knowledge of programming / systems analysis (Required 12 Years)
Experience with quality assurance, prototyping, construction, integration (Required 5 Years)
Possess strong MS platform knowledge and skills (Required 10 Years)
Proficiency in programming languages such as C# (Required 7 Years)
Experience of SQL, SQL db design and development (Required 5 Years)
Proficiency in Object Oriented programming (Required 5 Years)
SQL 2005+ experience (Required 5 Years)
SQl 2008 experience (Highly desired)
