Short Description:
Our illustrator/artist will need to be able to draw pictures for booklets, magazines, and other print materials. You must be able to use art to communicate our message to our target audiences.
Complete Description:
The resource will be working in Communications area.
This person will be responsible for creating the graphics that will be used in the agencies internal and external web sites.
Sometimes the Communications Director will already have developed a basic concept for the web page. In this case, it will be the web designer’s task to create a design that matches his ideas.
The resource will we working in fast paced environment to develop/maintain wire frames, graphical design, HTML/CSS layout for existing and new web applications.

Ability to work independently and with little guidance to meet set goals.
This resource will be a part time engagement. This position does not have to be on-site.
Required / Desired Skills
UI design for the web applications (Required 3 Years)
HTML/CSS design and development (Nice to have 3 Years)
Image editing software (Required 4 Years)
CMS to include SharePoint (Nice to have 3 Years)
FTP Knowledge (Highly desired 2 Years)
Art concept to WEB design (Highly desired 2 Years)
Experience with Javascript (Nice to have 3 Years)
Able to create presentations including charts, advertising, logos, images (Required 3 Years)
Design various objects, products, materials, and displays in various medium  (Required 3 Years)
