Full-time Financial Management Analyst for the Department of Justice/Executive Office for Unites States Attorneys/Facility Management and Support Services Staff.
EOUSA/FASS is responsible for the Rent allocation for all 94 USAOs to include reviewing and reconciling rent bills from the General Services Administration as well as budgeting current and future rent expenditures for all USAOs. FASS also has the responsibility to provide and budget all funding for construction, alteration, overtime HVAC, and leased parking for all the USAOs. EOUSA/FASS relies on a contractor to provide the services as listed below.
Job Duties:
– Analyze financial records
– Develop new reports and reporting methods
– Project future rent expenses based on analysis of currently monthly bills
– Determine accuracy of rent bills
– Review construction budget reports
– Perform reconciliations
– Train end-users on financial databases
– Assist with audit preparation and assist in answering audit questions.
Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered.
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of the following systems and databases:
– Department of Justice Rent Management System (DRMS),
– Project management database IBM/ TRIRIGA,
– Financial Management Information System (FMIS) 2+, and
– GSA rent billing and reporting systems
– Experience analyzing and evaluation financial information
– Bachelor’s degree in business
– U.S. Citizenship
– Ability to obtain a security clearance
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
