Design and Engineering of optical networks for DWDM and Ethernet services.
Analyze current deployment for Layer 1 and 2 infrastructure, design and oversight for deployment of remaining 8 DWDM nodes, design and oversight for turn up of remaining Layer 2 core nodes; define network operations SOP, MOP, NMS, inventory management and documentation

Required Experience:
Design of Carrier Ethernet network (Required 10 Years)
Design of DWDM (ROADM) networks (Required 10 Years)
Experience in Layer 1 and 2 services (Required 12 Years)
Installation, configuration and provisioning of ROADM and Carrier Ethernet switches (Required 7 Years)
Integration of optical network monitoring systems with current environment (Required 10 Years)
Tier 2 and 3 Troubleshooting on Layer 1 and 2 services (Required 12 Years)
Experience in the government and education sectors (Desired)
Participating in customer facing design discussions (Desired)
Performing cost benefit analysis while designing customer service (Desired)
