Complete Description:
Department of Human Services is looking to develop a student tracking application using a QuickBase environment.
The candidate will support resources at the DC Office of Chief Technology Officer in developing and implementing the New Heights Student Tracking application. The specific responsibilities of the developer will be to develop ODBC connections for loading data in/out of QuickBase, develop reports to be submitted to the federal granting entities, document the system for future maintenance and reporting, documentation and train users.
Candidate should be able to work 9 to 10 hour days, 5 day per week.
Requested Skill/Experience Required:
General application development experience (Required 12 Years)
QuickBase developer experience (Required 3 Years)
Experience with Qunet ODBC (Highly desired 1 Year)
Experience with PL/SQL stored procedure development (Desired 2 Years)
.Net and Java developer experience (Desired 2 Years)
Behavioral Characteristics:
Must be able to work with other developers and communicate well with users.
We would like candidates that can work extended hours.
