Complete Description
Working with functional and technical resources in OCTO and partnering agencies, help develop release and project documentation including but not limited to: SOP’s, Job Aides, Business Process Flow Diagrams, Change Management and Communication plans.
Working with functional and technical resources in OCTO and partnering agencies, develop, coordinate, deliver and track project or ad-hoc training on new or existing functionality and/or business processes using the train the trainer approach.
Manage the PeopleSoft.dc.gov website content and access to ensure that all project, release and/or training information is accurate and comprehensive.

Bachelor’s Degree – Required
Change Management experience (Required 4 Years)
Experience creating Communication plans (Required 4 Years)
Experience creating SOP’s, Job Aides, Business Process Flow Diagrams (Required 8 Years)
Experience with MS OFFICE (Required 8 Years)
Experience with MS VISIO (Required 2 Years)
MIS / Software Engineering / Computer Applications experience (Required 4 Years)
SDLC experience (Required 4 Years)
Website Management / Editing / Publishing Experience (Required 4 Years)
