Complete Description:
Lead Oracle SOA Suite / Fusion Middleware architecture and platform modernization support and development. This position will focus on developing Best Practices for using various products within the Oracle SOA Suite. More importantly, this position will provide hands-on technical leadership and development for the engineering team in leveraging the Oracle SOA Suite for new Applications and Integration solutions within the
Government of the District of Columbia.
Required Skills:
Bachelor of Science Degree (Required)
Must have (min of 3 yrs) experience working with Oracle SOA Suite. Must have hands-on experience working with Business Rules, Enterprise Service(Required 3 Years)
Must have (min of 5 yrs) exp. working w / Application and Integration Architectures with special consideration to those with Enterprise Architecture (Required 5 Years)
Use of various middleware components: BPEL, BAM, ESB, WSM, and Rules Engines. (Required 1 Year)
Must be a strong, assertive communicator for high level architectural concepts and lead development groups to understand design and implementation (Required 15 Years)
Java and .Net application server platforms (Required 5 Years)
FTP/SFTP/PGP/GPG/VPN Tunneling (Required 8 Years)
Software and Application Integration (Required 15 Years)
SDLC methodologies: Agile and Waterfall (Required 7 Years)
SOAP and REST type Web Services (Required 3 Years)
Web Service Orchestration (Required 3 Years)
Web Service Gateway & Enterprise Service Bus (Required 1 Year)
Oracle SOA Suite education or certifications (Nice to have)
