Required Skills/Experience:

Experience with PeopleSoft HCM for Public Sector (Required 8 Years)
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 or higher (Required 4 Years)
Experience with PeopleSoft Base benefits / Benefits Administration (Required 6 Years)
Experience with PeopleTools 8.50 or higher (Required 3 Years)
Experience with EDI, Interfacing with insurance carriers, Open Enrollment (Required 5 Years)
Experience with Oracle 10G and/or 11G (Highly desired 5 Years)
Experience with SQL, PS Query (Required 3 Years)
Experience with PeopleSoft HR and Payroll (Required 5 Years)
Experience with preparing and executing Open Enrollment (Required 5 Years)
Business Analyst experience (Required 8 Years)
Business process improvement experience (Required 5 Years)
Experience creating technical and functional documentation (Required 5 Years)

Complete Description:

Maintain PeopleSoft configuration values and lead/support testing of PeopleSoft Benefits functionality.
Analyze and audit PeopleSoft table setup and data.
Perform design, development, and modification activities internal and external PeopleSoft objects.
Provide production support for Base Benefits and Benefits Administration.
Identify Benefits business process improvements.
Debug application functions and processes.
Write scopes of work, functional, and technical specifications.
Support small-to large-scale projects for PeopleSoft implementations and modifications.
Provide guidance and training to users on how to use the PeopleSoft system more effectively.
Enter transactions in PeopleSoft service request management tool.
Work across OCTO and client teams to document, research and troubleshoot issues.
Mentor, coach and support other team members.

Required Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience in PeopleSoft Base Benefits, Benefits Administration and COBRA in a multi-carrier environment.
Knowledge and experience in using PeopleSoft  tables and integration points.
Working knowledge and use of PeopleSoft Oracle database software.
Strong knowledge of EDI data processing related to PeopleSoft Benefits.
