The OCFO technology team is seeking PeopleSoft Technical Analyst/Developer to diagnose, document, and repair ongoing issues in regards to Service Hisotry and Fiscal History captured in the Individual Retirement Records (IRR) in the District’s PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM).
PeopleSoft HCM is the current District wide HCM platform and provides a web-enabled, integrated platform for the District’s HR/Payroll needs.
The PeopleSoft Technical Analyst/Developer will develop fixes for various issues encountered by the District when processing HR, Benefits, Payroll in regards to Individual Retirement Records (IRR) for former and current District employees.
The PeopleSoft Technical Analyst/Developer shall have experience including (but not limited to):
•Design and implement solutions for new system features.
Analyze requirements for enhancements to PeopleSoft and propose appropriate technical design, and implement solution.
•Expert knowledge and understanding of HR, Benefits, Payroll, and IRR processing

Required Experience and Skills

Application Engine Programming experience (Required 6 Years)
Experience writing Technical Design Documents (Required 12 Years)
MIS experience with a pattern of increasing responsibilities (Required 12 Years)
Object-Oriented Software Programming experience (Required 12 Years)
Oracle 10g/ 11g / SQL / SQL Plus experience (Required 8 Years)
PeopleSoft HCM US Federal (USF) Experience (Required 1 Years)
PeopleSoft Integration Tools experience (Required 6 Years)
PeopleSoft Paycalcs and Confirms experience (Required 5 Years)
Process Scheduler experience (Required 6 Years)
Programming experience in a PeopleSoft HCM USF 9.0 or 9.0 /Tools 8.49 or
higher (Required 5 Years)
Requirements analysis, data modeling and system design experience (Required 12 Years)
SQR / App. Engine / Componen Interface / PS Messaging experience (Required 6 Years)
Technical resource in at least two full SDLC implementations of PeopleSoft (Required 5 Years)
Visual Basic or Similar Language experience (Required 5 Years)
Prior knowledge of DC HCM Applications Solutions / PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 (Highly desired 2 Years)
