Complete Description
Maintains current and new telecom contracts for content, value and cost-efficiency; analyzes and evaluates accuracy of Telecom network billing accounts; performs invoice analysis, validation, and payment approval; review budgets and SLAs; writes queries/reports, pull records from databases.

Requested Skill/Experience Required
Be able to forecast & monitor the telecom burn rates w/the approved budgets (Required 5 Years)
Experience in analyzing vendor invoices (Required 5 Years)
Experience in demonstrate analytical skill set and problem solving (Required 5 Years)
Experience in validating the ordered vs. Billed Services (Required 5 Years)
Experience in work on dispute resolution process with telecom vendors (Required 5 Years)
Experience in write queries/reports, pull records from database (MS SQL) (Required 3 Years)
Knowledge of contractual, budgetary and financial practices and procedures (Required 5 Years)
Maintain excellent customer service & open communication w/customers & mgmt (Required 5 Years)
Prior exp maintaining, administering telecom contracts & invoices (Required 5 Years)
Broadly-based knowledge of telecom systems and services (Highly desired 5 Years)
Experience in working on CRM and Telecom Order Management application (Highly desired 5 Years)
Experience in writing service level agreements for different products & svcs (Highly desired 4 Years)
General knowledge of VoIP & Video Svcs & Web & Audio conferencing solutions (Highly desired 3 Years)
